Vietnam’s civil aviation authority has announced that four airports in the northern region, including Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi, will be closed on Saturday as a precaution ahead of the incoming storm.
Earlier this week, Yagi’s floods and landslides in the northern Philippines resulted in at least 13 deaths, forcing thousands of people to evacuate to safer areas.
